2.1 Information you provide to us

2.2 Information collected from clients or partners

  • Work order details (scope, property address, site contact details, and special instructions) provided by a Client

  • Project identifiers or internal reference numbers shared for coordination and delivery

2.3 Information collected during on-site services (survey and inspection data)

  • Depending on the work order and Client requirements, Ensite may collect and generate site and equipment data, including:

  • Property address and site identifiers used to schedule and fulfill work orders

  • Roof measurements, roof material/condition observations, and obstruction notes

  • Photos and videos of the property exterior, roof, attic/structure areas (when authorized), and equipment

  • Electrical equipment details (for example: main service panel ratings, breakers, labels, and wiring observations)

  • Structural observations (for example: attic access measurements, rafter sizing and span details when required)

  • Field notes, survey forms, and standardized checklists

  • Deliverables such as CAD-ready outputs, reports, measurements, and structured datasets

2.4 Information collected automatically

  • Device and usage data: IP address, device identifiers, browser type, operating system, and referring URLs

  • Website activity: pages viewed, clicks, time on page, and error logs

  • Cookies and similar technologies used for analytics, security, and site functionality

2.5 Technician, contractor, and applicant information

  • Contact information and profile details submitted to become a technician or contractor

·        Train, onboard, and manage technician network operations

·        Comply with legal obligations, respond to lawful requests, and enforce our agreements

4. How We Disclose Information

We may disclose information in the following scenarios:

·        To Clients: deliverables and related project information are shared with the Client who ordered the work

·        To service providers: vendors who help us operate our business (hosting, analytics, communications, payments, security, and support)

·        To technicians and operational partners: information needed to schedule and complete work orders (for example: address and scope)

·        For legal and safety reasons: to comply with law, respond to legal process, protect rights and safety, or investigate fraud

·        Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets (subject to appropriate protections)

5. Our Role When Processing Client Work Orders

In many cases, Ensite processes information on behalf of a business Client (such as a solar installer or EPC) to fulfill a Work Order. In those cases, the Client may determine the purpose of processing and required deliverables. If you have questions about how a Client uses deliverables, please contact the Client directly.

6. Cookies, Analytics, and Tracking

We may use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, understand usage, prevent fraud, and improve performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings. If we enable a cookie banner or preference center, you may use it to manage choices.

We do not knowingly sell personal information. If Ensite engages certain analytics or advertising tools, some transfers may be considered “sharing” under CPRA. If we collect sensitive personal information as defined by CPRA, we use it only as permitted by law and provide a mechanism to limit use where applicable.
